Don Gupton - President
He spent his entire career in the floor covering industry and have years of experience in both installation and product knowledge. Don has trained several installers that have gone on to start their own successful floor covering businesses. Through these experiences he has been able to assist many homeowners with the flooring of their dreams.
Erica Carroll - Operations Manager
She decided to hop into the family business while finishing her education at San Jose State University in Business Marketing. Today, she can say she is more involved in the business than she ever imagined, continuing to grow in all areas. Erica continues to be excited to be apart of your new flooring experience.
Chris - Finance Manager
He has worked in many areas of the flooring industry, since 2010. Upon earning a degree in Business Administration from Cal State East Bay in 2015, Chris switched roles and now manages everything to do with financials, while also help leading Precision Flooring to get better everyday. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Lupe: hiking, going to the beach, riding bike and working on home improvement projects. Chris and his wife Lupe are expecting their first child in late 2020!
